Discounts can be discussed for long winter lets of three weeks and more. Details will be given to interested parties. There is no charge for an infant.
Our changeover is on Saturday Departure by 10:00 Arrival 17:00 hours (unless previously arranged otherwise).
All linen & towels are provided except beach towels. The property is cleaned on the day of arrival. If you are staying more than a week and require a towel & linen change, this can be provided as an extra service through our agents
at your own expense.

The studio flat is only opened for those clients with up to six people staying.
It is never let for separate use.
